bcpballer64
That is a beautiful car man. Can we get some more pics of the car and engine? And is the 496 gonna be supercharged? zx10intn
finally got some more materials in, 20 ft of hyperflex 1/0 in grey and blue and 4 triple 1/0 battery terminals from knukonceptz. anyway, i finished the mechman alt install up today and wired up the new kinetik up front with a + and - from the alt and two 1/0 grounds to a dual 1/0 kicker grounding terminal on the frame. i always wrap all my wiring in tech-flex and use heat shrink tubing around all the ends. anyways... heres what i got done tonight. something im sure most of you know, if you grind a nice clean spot down for your grounds, use a little vasoline on the bare metal before tightening down your grounds. it helps with the connection between the frame and grounds as well as prevents any rust from occuring. final product until i add the two + runs of 1/0 to the rear batt, kinetik 2400. 1969 Chevy Chevelle 20/22" staggered Bonspeed Huntingtons wrapped in Nitto INVO's Mechman 250amp cs144 alt w/AVBM Kinetik 1800 main battery/Kinetik 2400 in the trunk Pioneer AVH-3200dvd Headunit (2) sets of Hybrid Audio Technologies Imagine components up front (2) DD 3512's d4 coils Sundown sax100.4 component amp Sundown saz-3000d subwoofer amp 5ft^3 box tuned to 34hz MY BUILD

zx10intn
didnt do much noticeable today... had to re-wire a part of the engine harness and after that i was frustrated and hot(index of 109 today), so i decided to just finish putting the top on the box and getting a good test fit in the trunk. well, there came some bad news, it was 1/4" too tall and wouldnt slide back far enough, so in order to solve this, i wound up cutting 1/4" off the height on the sides and used 1/2" on the top(ribber the underside with 3/4 for strength) instead of 3/4". 1969 Chevy Chevelle 20/22" staggered Bonspeed Huntingtons wrapped in Nitto INVO's Mechman 250amp cs144 alt w/AVBM Kinetik 1800 main battery/Kinetik 2400 in the trunk Pioneer AVH-3200dvd Headunit (2) sets of Hybrid Audio Technologies Imagine components up front (2) DD 3512's d4 coils Sundown sax100.4 component amp Sundown saz-3000d subwoofer amp 5ft^3 box tuned to 34hz MY BUILD
