graham0599
Either would work just fine. I am a huge fan of audiopipe. I have the 3000 powering each of my l7 15". I have two and audiopipes make more than rated and are pretty cheap. Heard nothing but great things and I love mine so check out their website too My 350z build- http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/174424-2008-350z-build/page-2?hl=%2B350z+%2Bbuild#entry2605678
graham0599
Since you have it narrowed down to just a few at this point it's just what you can afford or like best so just pick one. Kicker would be best no doubt though My 350z build- http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/174424-2008-350z-build/page-2?hl=%2B350z+%2Bbuild#entry2605678
Supercharged DCs
The only amplifiers I've seen mentioned here that I would choose is the Alpine MRP-1000... Bassless once again. Can't seem to keep a system for more than a few weeks Saving for a '06 Nissan 350z, look for build around June 2012.

Since you have it narrowed down to just a few at this point it's just what you can afford or like best so just pick one. Kicker would be best no doubt though My budget is $230 but it looks like the soundstream dtr1.1700D cost more than my budget but its on sale on the link I posted, 2yr warranty its exactly what i need. FrikitonXplosion
I been researching and it seems this Soundstream stuff requires some good electrical which I don't know if I have. I might but I also might not. My Cadillac STS 2006 V6 with factory navigation is running stock electrical for the most part, so I am going to keep looking on amazon and ebay now. I have a $40 gift certificate in amazon which I can use towards a nice 1000W RMS @ 2ohm amp mono block solid and with remote bass or gain. Anyone can recommend me something I can use that won't kill my electrical system as I read Soundstream will or maybe it won't ? Is the brand RE Audio any good? How's the XTX or whatever it is RE Audio makes is it good? I saw some on amazon under $260 I was trying to get the AQ1200 but its not available in amazon and $270 too much for me (I would of gotten it in amazon and use my $40 towards faster shipping too) This looks like what I've fallen down to - Hifonics BRZ1200 (900Watts RMS @ 2ohm) - Soundstream DTR1.1700 (1000W Rms @ 2ohm) - Hifonics BRZ1700.1D (1300W RMS @ 2ohm) Alpine MRP-1000 is good but its over my price range. I found a few used on ebay but not too sure. Purplehaze
If it is a VS12L7, then it is the sub and box, rt? They sell those all at final impedance, meaning the D2 is sold at 4ohm and the D4 is sold at 2ohm. It's kinda confusing. Are you sure you bought the VS12L7, and not the S12L7? That is very important when deciding on an amp Kickin' Cruiser Seller Feedback Stage 3 Dash, Door Panels,4th Order wall 4 - 15'son a DC 5.0K 2 DC 5.0K'sSolo X 15 (v.2) Sub Build

That is very important when deciding on an amp Yes its very confusing. They told me in the chat box has a dual 4 woofer wired down to a 2 ohm load. So you want an amp that is 2 Ohm stable that the listing is wrong. The listing is wrong where it says impedance 2ohm (i think they meant to put 4) cuz the final impedance says 2ohm . But I went to chat again and they said its definitely a 2ohm load . Well, this is the one I got http://www.halfpricecaraudio.com/Kicker-VS12L7-12-Inch-750W-Solo-Baric-L7-Single-Subwoofer-Box-2-Ohm-11VS12L72.htm They were trying to recommend me the Kicker ZX750.1 but I said I think I'm better off with the SoundStream DTR1.1700D or Hifonics BRZ1200D even 1700D Cadillac STS 2006 Premium Factory Stereo Bose 15 speakers 300watts Factory Navigation 1) Kicker 11VS12L72 (Dual 4ohm wired = final 2 ohm) 1) AMP: Pending
