If there was ever legal issues it seems this could be dangerous. a class 3 License kills any legal issue, if some one were to have a fully automatic rifle, or RPG or anything, as long as they got the documentation stating that they are legally allowed to own it, the law cant do shit about it.. take my AK for example, its not fully automatic, so the only issue i would have would be if i ever took it to cali, because assult rifles are banned there..
