nickcc Posted July 26, 2011 Report Share Posted July 26, 2011 i have a 1 18" dd 3500 and i have a 2g eclipse ...the box its in now is only around 4cubic ft and its just wayyy to small i wanted to kow how big i can go and stay tuned to the low 30s and help at all i would lovee thanks guyss! fecupe2001 Posted July 28, 2011 Report Share Posted July 28, 2011 I use 2 DD 3518´s , at one time i had a single of this subs on a 6 c/f box using 2 8" aeros and sounded AWESOME, with the amount of power you have, i would do something like 6.5 c/f and 110SQ of port with a 33-35 hz tuning, no need for this sub to be tuned lower since it goes way lower than tuning frequency without any problems if the box design is right I´m the SPL Gains topic creator!! wanna get louder?? check this: SPL Gains.
