It is much easier for Ana to answer simple questions that way and will hopefully help free up the phone lines. If you will include your name and invoice number if purchased direct in the subject it will be much easier for Ana to check on your order and get you a response. If you placed your order through a rep like myself please contact us with any questions to try and free up time for rusty to build and Ana to get your packages shipped. Hopefully in a few weeks everything will be caught up but right now with amps and subs showing up at the same time things are very hectic for everyone out there.
