If you can't use it on the neighbors mean ass trespassing dog why else would you want one? If its a person I'm shooting, its defense and he's getting a slug. If it can stop human organ functions, then that would probably mean police are not going to be using it to safely subdue anyone or anything. Maybe bears? I dunno, why do you want bean bag shells? And for you crazy fuckers here is some exotic 12 ga rounds.
