Would you ever make sundown a direct sales company? seems like a lot more people buy their sundown equipment online than at a shop.

No, I would not consider a direct model for Sundown Audio. We have been and always will be a dealer based company.

It may not seem like it as forum users but the net' is a small percentage of the total market.

In reality it's hard to get a grasp on what an amp can do just eye-balling it; you can often get a "idea" based on the number of transistors but then you also need to know what kind they are and what kind of voltage goes into them (the 4500 runs more voltage into the transistors than the 3500s). Not to mention the power supply side of the amp.

What kind of wattage does sundown 2000d put's out at 12volts?

I like spring clips. Some of the best amps ever made. Ever... Use spring clips.

Not they they were hi power/current amps.

I understand why no spring clips for amps that are getting pushed into thermal meltdown. But to say id never buy a spring clip amp is stoooopid.

I want an amp that can put out ~2000wrms @1ohm , so 1500D should enough?
