Bonacci55
well i built my first box... and it turned out pretty good for a rookie.. but i wanted it sprayed with bed-liner.. but they say it will look bad because of screws and seams so is there anything i can wrap it in first to avoid seeing these cosmetic defects? 6berry
to fix all those defects you need to bondo in all the screw and crevices and sand it down then paint it. personally i dont think it would look that bad without that being done unless your edges dont line up very well Quote 1999 Audi A4 1.8T::: 4 - DC Level 3 10's in a 4th order Rockford P6002 on Subs for now (3-3.5k coming eventually) MB Quart ONX4.60 for Mids and Highs Boston S50 Components in Front Boston S65 Coaxials in Rear 40 Sq Ft of Second Skin Damplifier Build Thread UBL 1948 Plymouth

blownengine
Bondo and a sander. Use the sander to knock down any overhangs, then bondo it all smooth. Perfection takes time. HelloMyNameIs
i used wood filler on mine and sanded it smooth another thing is: since it will be black and in your car it will have less light, so defects wont show aswell Even with woodfiller i still had circles showing after i sanded - probably cuz im a dumbass Quote ~This is added to the post you have just read: I appreciate everything you guys do, and I hope you understand how much it matters to have people like you helping me learn thanks so much ~Check my youtube for my music and my car audio: http://www.youtube.com/1ohmstable ~Rip dustin 7-11-09 Memorial build log: http://www.stevemead...memorial-build/
