Speaking of, you clamped that 9k yet? i have more d3100s but my team mates are using them, i rather help out a team mate than see my batts just sit in my room,catching dust and also i have a few smaller xs batts laying around, might install those on my girl's car i only put 4 to keep the back of my car from not sagging too much and i thought 4 was more than enough anyways lol my amp doesnt heat up big time doe.i have it wired @.5 right now no i haven't clamped it yet, dont trust my clamp meter. my team mate dc98hoe has a badass one,so i'm hoping i can clamp mine this saturday at audio innovation's meca comp. Also thought about SMDs...but we'll see how my voltage is sitting solid with 2 alts before I touch that kind of power. Should be going 18v too. My suspension is gonna hate me.
