I just spoke with Mike at FBI, and ordered my tank. It's 8.5 gallon powder-coated gloss black. That's going to be super sexy in my trunk. next to my all black eD 12's and my grey/black matching ZX350.2's once thats all finished. mmmmmm

Also just ordered from grunion my smoked black switchbox and 50ft 1/2 lines.

Yea, I wanted to make sure i knew exaclty what i was getting into before i got started. I may have to do a front/rear setup to be done by new years b/c my wifes birthday, and christmas is going to tear me up. But my car will be moving by then.

Like i said before On Air before 08 or BUST! If i cant make that, i'll definately be done by february, but jan 1st is my goal. Even if i am shoulder deep in suspension at midnight, i will be trying.

Fixing to make another order Thursday. I am ordering my compressor, fitting set, and 165psi on - 200psi off pressure switch.

My question is why do i need certain fittings, and fittings from my local hardware store wont work. Even if i get brass gas line fittings.

Also, I should be ordering my cylinders soon. When it says 3" and 4", is that the amount of travel i will have, or is that the diameter of the cylinder? If it is the diameter, and not the ammount of travel, then waht are the advantages of 4" over 3"?

4" is the diameter of the cylander....should be 4" up front and 3" in the rear.

just a sidenote, when i FIRST bagged the civic back in 2001-02, it was right about this time LOL.......the 23rd i pulled on my Alpine coveralls i had, shut the garage, and didnt open it till it was done the day after Xmas. Xmas morning i came in and did the family thing and when that died down i was right back out there. I did it from head to toe by myself, not even any company let alone help. Its funny that your baggin the same car at the same time of year too :D

good luck! hey do you have my number? If you need to call me you can anytime i know that car and how to bag (can it) better then anyone here ;) Ive done mine from head to toe TWICE now (after theft of course) and learned a lot along the way

Haaah, that is sweet. This is the time of year i get shit done. I love the winter, and dont do shit during the summer. My projects stop around april/may, and dont kick back in until this time of year.

I don't have your number, you have mine. BTW, its 866, not 266. Shoot me a pm so i will have it, and on the day i pull that fucker in the garage for baggin, i will let you know, so you will have it on, as i'm TONS of questions.

I was going to do 4" all the way around, b/c i thought that was the ammount of travle it had, and i didnt want 3". I really wasnt look forward to 4" that much b/c it isnt alot. That pic on your maiden voyage after the theft, your civic is straight 4x4ing. But it also lays the fuck out.

What about the fittings? Any insight there?

I'm still on my laptop, so my typing is shady rght now. :(

you HAVE to use 3" in back im pretty sure.......i dont think 4" will fit in the strut tower.

The travel is more like 6-7" i believe.......
