CJ18 Posted September 24, 2011 Author Report Posted September 24, 2011 i completely take back my statement about your score being low i didnt realize those were lvl3s i thought you had xls thats why i was like wtf Yep they are 3s. the whole goal of this was to get a 153+ with cone area and low power and on a budget. If i would have gone with XLs and the proper power for them(3 7.5ks and about 20 D1400s), I would be into this about 20k. Instead I have done this entire build from front to back, everything from wire to subs, amps, and batteries for under $6000. thats awesome props my hopes with my rebuild is a 55 im picking up my camper shell sunday so the box build is starting soon I really feel that this build has a legal 155 in it. Just need to find that extra 1.57db hiding somewhere.

This was not intentionally built for the meter, it is built to sound good and make people not want to sit in it. It just happens to do fairly well on the meter. Now if I can get it 150+ from 30hz-50hz then I will be happy.

Now if I can get it 150+ from 30hz-50hz then I will be happy. i bet you might gain some just by trimming out the wall probably not much but every little helps in dont know what your coltage drop is but you said you plan to add more batts and another run of + so that will help and how do you have your subs wired parallel/parallel is proven to be louder than series/parallel Btw that was the first person. CJ18 Posted September 24, 2011 Author Report Posted September 24, 2011 I am going to see what it does today with a fully charged battery bank. I have been sitting about 16.4 and dropping to around 15v. Hopefully I can get a little extra with a full charge. I have a feeling that I will be seeing a legal 154 today.
