I believe its 2/0 if not 1/0. Hopefully it will be enough to do my big 3, then I will get about 40' of 0 or 1/0 for my runs to the back from the front. SO happy to hear about this because big copper wireing is so damn expensive and this will save me a nice big chunk of cash. RooTxBeeR Posted September 1, 2011 Author Report Posted September 1, 2011 I know lol, When I frst started doing my research into car audio and what not, things that amazed me at the prices was power wires, batterys and alternators. I think those are the most expensive parts of a system, I will be checking it's length when i get home tomorrow, I don't know how much length I'll need though for my big 3 though, I will have to do some work though because I already mapped out my wires for that and some things will need some custom work done to make it work. Like this for example, I looked up quite a few big 3 videos, for mine, my battery ground goes through a fuse panel under the hood, so I will need to get a long ended wire end to fit into the 12awg hole that is currently being used. David Posted September 1, 2011 Report Posted September 1, 2011 No, just ground it to the frame of the vehicle your not replacing those wires your adding to them, this way you have more wire that's able to run current thru them.
