bumonskateboard6
Says right on the page not CEA 2006 compliant. Means their RMS numbers don't mean shit. I'd say you'd be happier with an AQ2200 for a few bucks more. Low voltage doesn't blow amps. That's a myth. A router that does the sub holes makes rounded edges also?
adam6604
well im limited to wanting 2k rms at 2 ohms or .5 ohms, so its really expensive for an amp that does 2k-3k @ 2 ohms, or hard to find one that does it at .5 and hope my electrical can handle it lol Quote Driving my 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 MEGA cab with the 5.7 hemi. tonedeaf
2-3k @ 2 ohms is going to get expensive fast. Aq and dc both are examples that would take .5 ohm daily, but that's gonna rape your electrical. Check for some kicker amps if you want to run at 2 ohms. BJD3
Two 1200ds strapped. A little more than I think you'd like to spend, but at least you know they'll be reliable. EDIT: You could also do a couple of these. http://www.db-r.com/sell/store2/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=65_67_69_108&products_id=285 Edited September 3, 2011 by BJD3 Quote Anti Peel and Seal...lol You may be offended by the above. You can buy a brand new one on ebay for around $230. You will not get anyhere near rated power, but for $230 you will get better than 1500 watts rms at 1 ohm. I've been slamming on one for over a year at .7 ohms with not enough electrical and have had no problems. Quote 2000 zx2: Rebuild with 8 12s on a 10k underway!!
