I finally get my alternator after about a month delay, and its not even right!!! :angry22: Duct Tape or Mechman Alts!! I checked with mechman and he said all he had for my car was a 220 and i think i'm going to need more than that. Of couse, if this dc isnt going to work, i may have to. It looks like its gonna bolt up, but the electrical connections arent the same. I had that same problem when I got my alternator from DC Power. They sent me a different adapter piece and it was all good from there!!!! Well, after sending pics to dc power they admitted they screwed up and i had to send the alternator back to them to fix it. They received it the 14th, and i had heard nothing else from them til yesterday. Then they send me an email asking if my issue was resolved. WHAT?? WTF!! I have heard nothing, still dont have my alternator back, and still out over $600. How is that resoved? This sucks!!!!!! 2000 zx2: Rebuild with 8 12s on a 10k underway!! MY BUILD LOG

Supercharged DCs Posted October 26, 2011 Report Posted October 26, 2011 Looks great, bet it sounds even better! Hopefully you can get that alternator issue resolved soon. Bassless once again. Can't seem to keep a system for more than a few weeks Saving for a '06 Nissan 350z, look for build around June 2012.
