CJ18
5500@ 1.6ohm is over rated power? What is it supposed to do at 1ohm? 3400w x 2 channel at 1 ohm and 4200w x 2 channels at 2 ohm so I am right in the middle there. Ray
Ok. Just saw the rated power chart. Not my cup of tea. My issue is getting 6kw and spending that much. CJ18
5500@ 1.6ohm is over rated power? The 12k fits right in with all of the other amps and will do rated power at 12v. I am very pleased with the results.
727Designs
Ok. Just saw the rated power chart. Not my cup of tea. My issue is getting 6kw and spending that much. I was expecting more honestly. I for some reason was thinking it was supposed to do the 12k at lower voltage, not at 16v and .5 with no rise. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that the same type of thing people where ranting on Soundstream about with the XXX-15000D? Ray
I didnt know it was 2 boards. Its cool that its doing what its supposed to do. But cost vs. Power doesnt really jive I mean this thing is like 1800.00 right? Alot of money.
