thegr8cody Posted September 21, 2011 Author Report Posted September 21, 2011 well thats the first thing i do is always type in the product aand search forums. but there was a lot of mixed reviews like there is with any product, especially amps lol.they said they were repaird by kenoc or something like that and they suck at doing them.but thery're pretty popular on the usaci forum apparently they retail for like $800 plus. 1998 gmc sierra h/u:eclipse cd3200 sub:dd9518g d1.5 amp:jl e300/4 sub amp:dd m2a front stage:id ctx65cs dc power 270 alt lots of kicker 1/0
bass_stalker Posted September 21, 2011 Report Posted September 21, 2011 not too sure about them. i just bought some of their 0 gauge wire, and its close to 0 gauge but its really light. so i don't know how reliable they are with their amps, if you wanna risk it id say go for it. but id suggest trying to find an aq 2200 or dc 2k used JEEP BUILD PROJECT ANTIBLING.2000 jeep Cherokee.HEADUNITAlpine Cda-9886SUBSTAGE1 acendent 18" audio mayhem motor with a TI basket and tantric parts1 prototype DAT hellfire 1000.1HIGHSStockELECTRICALdb link 0 gaugeKnuconceptz Kolossus 4 gauge1 xs power d3400 under hoodBig 3 upgradeold fourwheeler build The only way to delete your SMD account is for you crawl to steve meades door step on your knees and pleade for his forgiveness and acceptance to be released...He will either grant your wishes.....or choke you with a large piece of 0 gauge and electrocute you by hooking up a solid gold DC 12k at 0.000001 ohm and 10000 volts to your eye sockets and blow your head apart You guys act like you have never clogged a toilet and ran around the bathroom frantically hoping it don't overflow.
fnaciancen21 Posted November 10, 2011 Report Posted November 10, 2011 the pd 2000 are good amp, i bought two from audio savings about a year ago and haven't had any problems.
Team808 Posted November 10, 2011 Report Posted November 10, 2011 You should get atleast 1000 to 1400 watts out of it.You figure if it only take 4ga in your only gonna get so much out of it.I couldnt find any kind of fuse ratings for it, but you can usually go on if it needs a 100 amp inline fuse you will get 1000 watts, 150 you will get 1500 watts and so on. superdave07 Posted November 12, 2011 Report Posted November 12, 2011 my db drive pd2000.1d is running at .66 daily in my integra. Stock alt, knu 1/0 and a northstar 210. Voltage drops to mid 13s. Great amps. I've seen them run 1/4 ohm daily with decent electrical. Ill fully stand behind that they do rated and more. Mine was clamped at 2460 on 12.9volts with a 1.77 box rise. Beast amps. I do wish they had 1/0 inputs instead of dual 4g.. Xterra * 69 Camaro * Audi S5 36 Ford * 51 Mercury looking for wire sponsor www.flyracing.com
