pioneerforlife
I want to get an FI sub. I have decided i am either going to get the FI X or Q. Which one is better and for what reason. Also, what brand of amp would work best for the sub. I am considering a Fosgate. thanks. 2007 Ford Focus SES Hatchback Pioneer HU 4 Digital Designs 9515i's in a B pillar. 2 Soundstream XXX 15K's (running at 16 volts) Soundstream Mids/Highs in custom door panels (getting rebuilt soon) Soundstream TA2.160 and TA2.400 Sky High and KNU wiring 3 Banks of Maxwell caps Winston Lithium (not a fan) Bump4Life 250 Amp Alt. aka USAlternators Soundstream Focus and Avenger Build Log Instagram @p4linnovation YouTube: Team Blowin Loud

While the FI Q on the other hand - I would only look at if you have some experience. An amp needed to power a Fi Q will most likely need some upgrades to the electrical system of your car(I am assuming a car because you said you wanted a RF amp). What do you want to do with the sub? ~~~~~~~~SAY NO TO PHOTOBUCKET~~~~~~~~ Snow's DD-1 tracks here: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167433-snows-dd-1-tracks/ My take on OFC vs CCA: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110381-things-that-piss-you-off-in-the-car-audio-world/?do=findComment&comment=2461444
Ransom82
I have a 12" Fi Q on the way, should be here on Tuesday. My goal was to put it in a sealed enclosure. Now Ive been told that just about everyone that put a Q in a sealed enclosure has had issues. I don't know if the source is reliable. I'm starting to wonder if I made a bad choice. Can anybody shed any light on this? Amazing Designer Evening Dresses & Cheap Prom Dresses

RockFord4lyfe
i have a 15 Q on a t-1000 for about 3 weeks now.. definitely not disappointed. Brutal lows as well as the highs. My only surprise is how loud it gets (for a sub made for sq). Mine is ported by the way..
