Please listen to some good advice in here. 4 Fosgate HX2's would get loud in the right box and in the right amount of power. Especially since this is clearly your first setup, keep it simple. 2 subs will be ALL you need right now. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

KINGKONGINTHETRUNK Posted October 26, 2011 Author Report Posted October 26, 2011 what 8 12s do you have. not all 12s are created equal they are in pairs so i have 4 pairs i wanted to put them in the same box and just seal off each pair into their own individual box all in one big box though(if that makes sense) i have 2 rockford fosgate Hx2 2 memphis power refrence 2 cerwin vegas 2 infinity refrence WTF?? How did I miss this bullshit. You come here to ask advice then completely blow everyone off that is trying to explain to you why you shouldn't mix and match subs. I'm trying real hard not to bash your dumb ass right now. Should probably learn to listen if you've joined the service. Build a good box for the Fosgates, get a strong amp, and ditch the rest of that shit. how did you get that im blowing everyone off based on that?!?!?! ive asked several questions since then and that doesnt mean im not listining im just trying to run subs on a low budget...thats all unless somebody buys some of my guns i have for sale or the memphis and vegas im stuck right where i am

Box ideas are a bad idea at this stage in planning. He needs to choose some matching equipment and THEN deciding how to build it. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

KINGKONGINTHETRUNK Posted October 26, 2011 Author Report Posted October 26, 2011 nobody answered my other question could i run 4 fosgates in a box with an amp and then 4 memphis in a box with a seperate amp? would that be allright? or are you saying i cant run two different types of subs even if they are seperate? cause ive seen two different sizes in the same car and dont see how this that would be different..or is it?
