port up or port forward

im building a box for my 04 single cab dodge ram 1500. im using a 15 dc xl tuned to 33 and its going behind seats. i want to get loud while still sounding clean. wat do you guys say port up or port forward?

i have heard people say port up or port to the side is usually the loudest. never owned a truck so i couldn't tell you for sure

Just say no to Ground Pounder Customs.

More box builds

some cars do over 170db with one sub, so clearly my two 12"s can do that in my car, with my knowledge too! look out bitches!

you could consider port on the side firing towards the driver side door.
