A few 8in build pics

Im sittin here bored and i have a few pictures of a 8inch tc sounds epic build i did for my dad. Nothin to crazy. The box is tuned to 31ish hz and around 1cubic foot before displacments. Baffle is 1.5inches thick.. The amp powering this is a rf prime 500 ran to 4ohms. Here are some pictures of it.

The box was sprayed with clear to seal it and thats about it. It turned out dead square and pretty smooth as were in the pictures it doesnt seem so. Sorry i didnt take any pictures after i put it in, but it went into a 2002 dodge 2500

Awesome! I just did a box for 2 RF xlc 8's and I liked the way it sounded. It was 1.05ft^3 with about 18in^2 port @ 34hz. I'd put up a pic but I'm on my phone

HU- pioneer DEH-P59001B

Amp- crescendo BC2000D

Wire- 1/0 awg welding lead

Electric- Big 3 ^same wire

Subs- 2 Obsidian Audio 12 d4's

Box 4ft^3 ported at 33hz. designed by Ram-Designs

Damn, a TC Epic @ 31hz what kinda music does your dad listen to? :lol:

Nice box by the way.

He listens to a lil dubstep and decaf..

Hahah jk mostly country and some rock. But i plan on redoing his doors also and those have 8s in them also so its going to get set up with a three way useing the holes in the rear as the mids then two front as the woofers. So sub stage will do 0-60hz, front doors will do 55-1500 then so forth. Thats sorta the plan right now.. Seems as if it will work very well but i have no idea
