I am almost sure you have used neither, so preferring one over the other seems shortsighted in my eyes....but I could be wrong. The N3 was an awesome daily sub and sounded GREAT on music. Guest grim83 Posted October 26, 2011 Report Share Posted October 26, 2011 @op can the n3 be used for a daily sub yes, but it is not a simple drop in and o sub it takes time to tune everything in and there are a few other issues to take care of for it to work well in a daily set up. Now the n2 on the other hand is made for daily and would be a better choice for the average user. Given what you have said in the thread i would recommend the n2 over the n3 for you. @woodzyspl Neither I nor anyone else in this thread can tell you exactly how much power the n3 can take, and if your needing to ask i would recommend not trying to overpower the sub. Can the n3 take more then rated yes, almost any decently made sub can take more than rated but that is also given the correct conditions, on the other hand if you look around im sure you will find plenty of morons who have blown those same decent subs on less than rated power due to their own stupidity but it will always be blamed on the company.
