Chuckizgod
Little update but not on the Expedition. A while back some neighborhood kids tried stealing the LED bar I had on the Camaro and ripped apart the plastic. Water got inside needless to say and started rusting and leaving nasty water on the paint. Went ahead and bought a new bar but this time I sprayed it with VHT nite shade to make it look close to stock and still have the same effect at night. side by side when trying to fit it back in it started to crack and flake off, first time using it so lesson learned. after everything done and dried. audiofanaticz
box looks good and creative place to put the amp! I would fix that ground and find a better spot asap tho!!! You want, wait YOU NEED metal on metal contact to properly give the amp the power it asks for! Dont be surprised if the amp blows shortly due to the ground being sandwiched between the mdf and a washer. Also that the metal is thin you really want a solid surface, like a frame rail, grind the paint or rust off, then bolt it so the metal and ring terminal are making direct contact.
