You said you wanted to tune pretty low, but I can't see building a wall for 25hz. So, here's 21 cubes @ 33Hz with 300" port area for two 18's.

I would add some bracing as well. but you get the idea.. Sketchup's fun as all hell. :)

I'm tuned to 32hz and can play anything I've made, I drop off at 25hz in car.

...but my power handling below tuning isn't great, so its a tradeoff. you can't be wanging below tuning for minutes on end and not expect warm dustcaps

The box I am building now is tuned @33hz, and I'm afraid it may be a little bit too low.

It really depends on what brand of subs, not just what size.
