Can you visualize how that would/could work? I don't have enough room to vertically fit an 18" in my bed.... If i fired it up or down into a vented space, I could maybe do it. It's a sexy looking box though got sure. i personally think the fact that it's a 14x14 square makes the port big enough, others may disagree. but that's the beauty of an interchangeable port. you can mix and match until you find something you like.
