triplec19
I have a 15 inch XL tuned to 32 hz in a 3.5 cube box obviously built for pounding slow tracks but could this sub be put in a box where it could hit faster/tighter? Is it even worth it? If not what would be the hardest pounding yet cleanest sounding DC subs available?
optical
the xl is a good sounding woofer but by no means an SQ woofer

Chode69
the xl is a good sounding woofer but by no means an SQ woofer WOW really...considering a lot of people refer to the XL as DCs SQ woofer. to OP...with the right box and proper power you can make it sound nice, tight, snappy and accurate. mhart
I always thought it was more the amp then the sub. What does it sound like when you try to play the rock stuff now?
