new guy Posted November 10, 2011 Report Posted November 10, 2011 what would i need electrical wise for 2k? no idea how much good batts cost but id like to keep it as cheap as possible. it will be for daily. my car is a 2001 ford taurus, if someone could find what kind of alt it has that would be great i cant find it anywere. If you can't swing that, replace the one up front first, then add a second in the back. If you wanna stay with kinetic, they make a 2400.you wont need any more than that. And i would run a pos. and a neg 0 ga wire from the front battery to the rear.
