jsawdy212
Not even gonna argue because saying you have a bigger engine is totally better than more power and better gas millage plus the motor is about 150 to 200 pounds lighter than the all iron block that's in there. Which also helps with gas millage. 2007 caliber 2 Fi ssd 18's rd audio 3250 xs power d3100 (need 2 more) stock alt (soon to be singer 350a) 2.75:1 4th order in progress! Twostrokeking
5,3's actually made more power in a smaller package and got better gas millage. and the swap is fairly cheap. depending on the 5.3 you find they made up to 320 hp from the factory. you can usually find them for about 500 at a salvage yard with all the wiring, and your trans will bolt up to it. its worth doing for the power and gas millage Ill re search it! engine is fine to now though as I am focusing on looks right now. Thanks for the advice! Wicks
Sweet find on the Tonneau! Good luck with the job hunt. Don't blame ya on not wanting to cut the cab for the blowthrough but with all that new storage in the back... I'm seeing a small wall in the extended cab.
