Remote switch kills amp?

I have my remote wire for my amps running through a kill switch on the dash. I hit it the other day when I saw a cop, and when I turned it back on, my mids and highs amp wouldn't turn on. Pulled the fuses, put them back, now power on/no output. Sub amp worked fine the whole time. Is the kill switch what caused the failure?

Mids/highs amp is a Cadence F600-4, sub amp is a Massive N3.

I tried swapping RCAs around to no avail.

Ugh.

Too many projects, too little time...

Make sure the wires are still in contact with the switch

Check the input side first. First, make sure your speakers are still good and in working order. Then, get an ipod (or anything with a headphone jack) and plug that into the RCA inputs of your amp. If your amp works then it is no longer getting a signal. If it doesn't work, probably something wrong on the inside of you amp.
