Kranny
are you looking at single amp wiring diagrams, or dual amp (master/slave)?
Bmike
its giving you a diagram for dual and single voice coils, two + would be for dual , and one + would be for single, note its note showing you how to lower or raise impedence. loudNlow87
Are you missing the negative down bottom? There's two positives to show that you can use either side. Look close and you'll see that it's broken into three sections "[+] [--] [+]" Quote '11 Jeep Patriot New Build Head Unit: Pioneer AVH-P3200DVD Front: Massive CK69 Components Front Amp: Massive NX2 Rears: Infinity Kappa's Subs: 8 Sundown SA-8 v2's Sub Amp: AB 450.1 XS D3100 Come on 150! Bmike
its a mono block amp,1channel, it has 2 speaker inputs ,but you dont have to use both + or - its just there to help with wiring. for raising or lowering impedence.it dosent matter wich side you chose to use. Punkeyboozter
Yeah thanks guys. For now its single sub Duel D1 and single amp wired to 2ohms. SAz3000D to be exact. I have always wired it like +(con) - (c0n) -(emp) +(emp) for single sub use. However when I checked it sort of looks to me like the lines are going directly to +(con) and +(con)with nothing to the - Seems strange to me for a diagram that other wise looks very detailed. *edit on second glance on pic 1 page 8 clearly show the - connection I suppose the two + connections threw me off. Bmike
i see what your saying the diagram is a bit misleading, yes you will need to use both +,-, wether or not you chose to use both channels is totaly up to you, depending on wether you wire it up to 2ohms at the sub or on the amp.im useing the 3500, so i have had the same thoughts at first. heres a pic dual 2ohm coils, each coil ran to amp, one on the left side one on the right, 1 sub, wired to 1 ohm http://i40.tinypic.com/mr322q.jpg Edited December 5, 2011 by Bmike Quote 2007 trailblazer lthead unit- pioneer p4300dvd crescendo ft-1 supertweeters pioneer m650 pros audiocontrol 2xs crossover Rockford fosgate p200-2 highsrockford fosgate p400-2 mids1- fi btl 18amps- saz 3500battery- evermax in front, 2 9a31 dekas in rearwires all knuconceptz 1/0 and rcas
