Honestly I dont think they are approved to be used on the street when lit up like that, Im PDS that its stated for "off road use only" meaning shows and the sort (not that your gonna drive around all the time at a show....) (well some might...) Pretty much like those GAY L.E.D. valve stem caps were banned for street use as any excessive distraction to other drivers are deemed unsafe for "highway/road" use.
