LSN, Coogle, BG, P-Stone yall have nice setups had a hard time choosin but BG got my vote because his whole car head to toe was nice not jus the system and it looked clean, wish i could get more votes...

Bring the heat and yee shall be top dawg no doubt. I think it should be overall who wins in multiple categories tho so that the SOTM winner is really the best OVERALL, not just loudest or just fanciest setup.

Im wiff ya BG on doing what YOU like and I'll do what I like and to each his own-I've always lived by that. You're ride is SIIICK IMO-and should get some attn but like you said some will overlook it based on differences in style.

That pretty much is why I think there should be some categories.

I would be fine with a custom built setup, that is show worhty LIKE yours winning over something that was louder, even "on music" but was not nearly as clean or well done.

Im not pointing any fingers nor do I have any specific cases to rant about but I have nticed this trend where a LOUD box will win more VOTES than a less loud but VERY CLEAN ride/install (although niether take the SOTM title).

I think the closest I saw to this method I would was the Battle of the Bass format where they considered loudness to the mic, loudness to the ear aka crowd fav or "Boom car", and install quality and difficulty, AND SQ, and Bang for your buck aka-how much output per $$$ retail.

I liked that format.

I hope the right setup gets the crown, although Oki is in another league this still is only one league, and his system deserves the top spot, anyone that thinks otherwise needs to compare everyones setups again...

Besides, I aint hating on you Pstone, but another guy got turned down because his system wasnt complete, and I dont see yours complete either.... nominations started on nov 1st and your low end was still in progress...

hes not done yet...so i will have to decline that one. We want finished set ups

Its my thoughts, not to hate and I'm not a sore butt either, the only reason I nominated myself was to see how many people that dont know me like my kandy slab.....

Well, I do agree with you that Oki is way out of everybody's league.. Maybe this has something to do with the fact that I did my build from start to finish on this site so everybody has seen it from birth. I think the SOTM is all about personal preference though, maybe people like the ol' sausage because it's a cool truck with tons of personality, a daily driver, with a one-of a kind blowthrough... All of it totally unexpected, and very different.

If you bring it down to who's stuff is nicer, more precise, well thought out, more expensive, built in a shop......well DUH!! of course he's going to win..... But when it comes down to who's truck will get more ladies...... well.... he'll win that too..

As for the nomination, I finished before the nomination deadline was over, and why not have a nomination for the month that was done this month??

I'm just glad that I got this many votes - hell my nice truck lost 3, or 4 times... It was just too ordinary, been done before.
