GregoryAltieri
i have a 1999 vw passat and was doing testing today with my wall which consists of 2 18 aq hdc3's and a powerbass 3k. It plays pretty nice until i opened the trunk and the whole experience changed, it got way louder/. The wall is not foamed off yet but my question is when I foam it will it be like having the trunk open
89boxchevy
shouldn't see any change once you seal it off Quote 89 Chevy Caprice (is under construction) dual alts 4/0 welding cable for wire red top under hood 3 yellow tops behind the front seat ( who needs a back seat anyways lol) big 3 of course Eclipse 3000 interiors are getting rebuilt now 2 crescendo bc2000 2 shocker sig 12s rebuild pics
SQMonte
It's cause it's not sealed off yet so you're getting some cancellation when the trunk is closed, opening it allows one of the sound waves to escape out the back eliminating the cancellation. Seal it off and it won't be like that anymore Quote Alpine CDA-117...Memphis 16-X03 CDT Audio SQA-4100...SEAS Prestige H1396...Crescendo MP-6 Soundstream Rubicon 1.2500d...Digital Designs 3512f

n8ball2013
In theory you should seal the back as well. The camaros and firevirds are harder to seal the rear because of the hatch Quote THERE IS NO BUILD LOG! 1998 Chevy Silverado ext cab Alpine CDA-9887 4 Team Fi 15s 2 Ampere Audio TFE 8.0 2 Ampere Audio 150.4 3 Digital Designs CS6.5 component sets Dual Mechman 370XP Elite alternators inbound! 8 XS Power d3400 6 XS power d680 Second Skin Stinger Tsunami Wiring Sky High A Real Voltmeter not a piece of shit stinger.
