My question is that it is a CCA cable. i have heard different imputs on how it is bad and good. would i be better off switching to the kolosus fleks which is 99.99 %copper thus an OFC cable or another brand OFC cable. what is the difference between CCA and OFC. positives and negatives to both? It'll be such a minor return on your investment. If you decide to rebuild or upgrade later and are rewiring everything then that's one thing but for upgrades going from Knu's CCA cable to an OFC cable there's virtually no difference for what you're doing and the distance wtf is lolcats? I'd def get a fat hooker if i had to resort to that kinda thing. I feel like they'd be grateful and work harder. Also its more bang for my buck, more real estate for my dollar if you catch my drift. its like the Costco of streetwalkers. I was hoping for 150 . If you decide to rebuild or upgrade later and are rewiring everything then that's one thing but for upgrades going from Knu's CCA cable to an OFC cable there's virtually no difference for what you're doing and the distance well on my mercedes the battery is in the back so all my power wires to all 3 amps are 5 feet or less. my sub amp run is 4 feet or less. and they are all CCA. so upgrading to any OFC will not be any help? is OFC purely just to carry a larger load? or will it improve sound quality or SPL? and I was thinking about running a OFC line from alt to bat in rear since it is my longest run? will i notice a huge difference coming form OFC? so far the only difference im getting is that CCA is cheaper and only can carry slightly less current. are there any other benefits or drawbacks? and what would you do in my situtation?
