billy101
What does charging them with something like that do for you? Shouldn't your alternator provide adequate charging power to keep them charged at all times? Quote First System 2002 Impala LS 3.8L V6, 128,365k miles. getlocivic
a alternator does not FULLY charge batteries.. just becsue you will always have a draw on it..running fuel pump etc etc.. i just have extra time every week and i pull the car in my garage and slap the intellicharger on it.. i just wanted to know if its actually bad to charge often?? cjvue
I would think its ok because the intellicharger will recognize that the batter reach 80% and will kick in the floating mode... I hook it up often lately between spl burps test and no problem... Once a week i may hook it up and notice that it kick in floating mode much faster... Maybe because my battery is still full... n8ball2013
If im not driving it its on the charger. Its good to have a high quality charger that kicks it into float mode when done Quote THERE IS NO BUILD LOG! 1998 Chevy Silverado ext cab Alpine CDA-9887 4 Team Fi 15s 2 Ampere Audio TFE 8.0 2 Ampere Audio 150.4 3 Digital Designs CS6.5 component sets Dual Mechman 370XP Elite alternators inbound! 8 XS Power d3400 6 XS power d680 Second Skin Stinger Tsunami Wiring Sky High A Real Voltmeter not a piece of shit stinger.
