SPL Blazer
Did this video a couple weeks ago, finally. I bought the amp last year just never got around to clamping it. SPL Blazer
I'm pretty happy with it, but I'm planning to get rid of it next year anyway. Planning to step it up to the DC Audio 12K. 2001 Blazer ~ (2) 10" DC lvl 4's, Orion 2500d 148.9db 2005 Astro ~ (2) 18" DC XL's, Atomic 5000.1 153.9 db New England SPL NESPL - YouTube

AMI CUSTOMS
I would get a second amp and wire them at 0.125 ohms each one I would rather get a bigger amp and run at .5 ohm then run a smaller amp at .125, there is so many things you lose when dropping that low, like woofer control, current goes way up and why? The gain isn't that huge dropping to that ohm load. SPL Blazer
I have them lol, i´ve tested my VFL120.1´s @ 0.125 ohms a piece, it´s fun Thats pretty low for a starting point, what Ω load was it at after rise? Only reason I can see dropping that low is cause someone can't afford a bigger amp at the time and are trying to squeeze out an extra tenth of a db. I'd rather go with a bigger amp and keep it at .5 to make the same power. This Atomic amp has no problem burping at .25, with the rise of course, but it won't play music that low without going into protect. With it at .5 Ω it will stay on with music and a burp. 2001 Blazer ~ (2) 10" DC lvl 4's, Orion 2500d 148.9db 2005 Astro ~ (2) 18" DC XL's, Atomic 5000.1 153.9 db New England SPL NESPL - YouTube
