Miguels Posted December 30, 2011 Report Posted December 30, 2011 just got out from work and was driving home listening to music and messing with bass, i noticed my seatbelt kept locking and after a while something smelled funny so i lowerd the music then the smell was gone. after a while i was bumping again and didnt get the smell again. once i got home i tried to close my windows and nothing so i turned off my truck and on again and still didnt work so i open the door and the dome lights fail to turn on, there must be a blown fuse somewhere and was wondering if this happens to you guys when you get loud and how often does it happen? I believe there are 2 fuse boxes. one under hood and one near driver kick panel. dkindle613 Posted December 30, 2011 Report Posted December 30, 2011 I had a similar issue in a 2003 Ford explorer where my Windows, dome lights , and dash lights didn't work. And it was just a blown fuse in the fuse box under the hood. It happened a couple times.. I never did find out why though...
