Help With Strapping

this is way easier than you all are making it out to be.

Wire each sub's coils in series. (2ohms)

Series those 2 subs (4ohms) Positive from amp to positive of 1st sub, negative of amp to negative of other sub, then connect the 2 remaining terminals. (should be a + and - from separate subs).

Do that to the other 2 subs (back to 2 ohms)

Done.

Yea, that's the other way to wire them, other than what I showed on page two. This way the subs and all their coils are IN PHASE, and not opposite phasing withing the coil.

And yes, each amp will see 1 ohm this way.

This will work.

If you end up trying my way later, post the differences in scores if you will. I gained .4 db by wiring each sub in parallel instead of in series.

both negitive wires together on the amps ?

Both negative input terminals on the amps.

Run "jumpers" from negative terminals on master amp to negative terminals on slave.

It's all good, everyone makes mistakes, and honestly I wasn't sure if I was the one in the wrong until I pulled it apart.

I just want to see this build go from questions to reality!

There is more than one way to wire them, but I am assuming you want a 1ohm load? then there is only one way.
