general_neo
WoW! If someone didnt already know its a coupe, one look into that wall tunnel it seems like an SUV. Cant wait to see the end product. That foam actually was used just for the purpose of sealing it off. Just used painters tape on headliner and started spraying. She hasn't been tortured... yet Seems like i gotta use foam in the method you mentioned. I normally only use foam in hollow area to fill them up. Beg to disagree on torture part. At 150db if you are not torturing then we both have the wrong sense of the term torture. lol! I guess with 2 level 4 XL you did close to 155db, right. Here is my build! I dropped a link to yours in it since your pushed me to do it. I was lazy. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/150530-neoglow-designs-project-dc-stage-1/
tctdh11
Thanks for the comments fellas.. got some more work yesterday but didn't get any pics due to most of work being done at night. Rear end is completely torn apart.. No batts, wire, amps, nothing. I'm at it again today with goal of having rear end put back together, batts installed, amp rack made, and amps wired up. And if I have the time baffles will be installed as well. And neo I hit a 153.0 with the 18's and I know it was a bit of torture but nothing compared to what she's about to go thru. I'm going to be doing steel from baffles to side walls and have steel cut for to run along top and bottoms of both sides of them. this is absolutely insane! my best friend used to have a tiburon, so i know just how tiny those things are. but great work nonetheless! cant wait to see the finished product Yea dude they're tiny. With a little imagination and push you can do a lot in a tiny space tho. Once example of what I mean is with the pics I'm about to put up. I now have room for 2 more d3100's from me finding another place for the 2 that I just got the other day.
