kingsuv Posted November 28, 2007 Report Share Posted November 28, 2007 I'm looking into picking up a few Mobile DVR's I haven't bought any yet but will very soon They are 4 channel with removable hard drives. They are surplus and used. These units are used in police cars, busses, taxis etc. Retail on these are around 5k wholesale is about 3K They can give you 24 hr recording of what goes on around your car when your not around, Also could be used in an event of an accident. etc. I'm thinking I could get these for us at around 400 bucks or less. It's a killer dear if you consider how much these things are new. It won't stop people from breaking into your car, but you will have some face recognition for the po-po to look at.
