n8ball2013
just stretch out the prongs a little. not a ton but just enough. you can get a barrel connector and try wrapping a layer of tape around the connector and then seating the rca to see if that will stretch it out a little Quote THERE IS NO BUILD LOG! 1998 Chevy Silverado ext cab Alpine CDA-9887 4 Team Fi 15s 2 Ampere Audio TFE 8.0 2 Ampere Audio 150.4 3 Digital Designs CS6.5 component sets Dual Mechman 370XP Elite alternators inbound! 8 XS Power d3400 6 XS power d680 Second Skin Stinger Tsunami Wiring Sky High A Real Voltmeter not a piece of shit stinger. Thankfully i dont plan on selling the amp anytime soon, so putting it back in when i pull the rca should be no big deal. I honestly might ditch the Knu RCA's though... Can you recommend a decent brand to replace them with? ALPINE408
best way of pulling tight rca's is to twisted them out like unscrewing something you can keep the rca's just get some needle nose pliers and open them up a lil Quote Have you ever had your woofers blown? JZeFF
This always happened to me with cheapo rca's You really think the KNU rca's would be considered cheap? they seem like good quality, just a little tight. I have these RCAs too and they are really tight. I am always pretty careful, thats why i was surprised. best way of pulling tight rca's is to twisted them out like unscrewing something you can keep the rca's just get some needle nose pliers and open them up a lil I will have to do that, they always seemed tight but i never thought it would be an issue.
