You're starting to piss me off with this. well no i havent heard, or owned anything better, but i never said hifonics was the best or anything of that sort, just that it does rated @ 14.4 i dont see why your getting upset at the situation :/ im just guessing here, but isnt the 160X a different revision of the amp? the current ones are 1610D and the ones they tested are 1605Ds, which is why i was like "o.O" when you linked me the stuff cause obviously something has changed in the revisions. and no, im not trying to make you mad, i just wanna know why your against hifonics so much. i could pm you if you want. nooo, nonono, i know nothing, lets get that straight.. i only cited fecupes testing because it shows numbers near rated power. Youve simply taken what youneed to hear from fecupes test and disregarded everything else. Mainly is souped up battery bank and multiple runs of wire to eliminate voltage drop or the fact that he's not testing distortion. It may give you that power at 15% thd at that. You want an accurate test. Do it like every other person who's going to buy one is going to do. Run it off a stock battery with a single run of 4 gauge to it. That way you can say look at how beast my amp is it makes my light dim and voltage drop into the 11s!
