Kdub26
It didn't do thus on my other sub.. :/ explain I had this same channel running my mtx and it sounded just fine. But on these sa8s it sounds like they are bottoming out how long have you been running the setup with the SA8's? Since today getting rid of that amp seems to be the ONLY thing to do right now. i know its all you have for now, but dont risk burning up decent equipment with a faulty amp. Miguels
if the subsonic is tuned lower than what the box is tuned to it will make it bottom out edit: if the box is at 32hz set the filter to 27hz or above like 30hz to be safe since you dont know where that is on the amp Edited January 16, 2012 by Miguels Quote my logshttp://www.stevemead...-my-new-set-up/my blow through loghttp://www.stevemead...future-updates/ 96 ss http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/164094-96-impala-ss-build/

Smoove
If your that determined to test/hear before you get the Fosgate. Test each sub one at a time on the good channel of the amp. Obviously the amp does not like load its seeing. I know the specs of your box. It doesn't sound like they are bottoming out.
