First off ill be pushing to DC lvl5 15's i'm trying to get some inputs on some amps. I was thinking about going with a american bass 1100.1 i have about 2g to spend any inputs would be great

What ohm are the subs? What kind of electrical you got? Just cause you can afford doesn't mean you should run it

2 grand is a lot. If you buy used you could get some pretty big amps. If you go new you could still get some good quality amps. Check the for sale section and see if anything peaks your interest.

i have a Ohio gen high output alt 4 runs of 1/0 front to back and 4 xs 3100's sorry should have listed all of that from the start

as for the subs i think they are 1ohm they been sitting for awhile but ill double check

Out of the want to sale Stetsom 10 K 1000 each and Cactus 12 K for 1500 each. And with the rest of your budget buy a bracket and a 2. HO alt, you will need alot of current

for over 10 K, they will suck your D 3100 quick if you didn´t feed them right.

I just did a build last summer with 2 AB 1100.1's. These amps were outstanding and had true power on voltage ranging from 14volts to 11volts. The build was a music build and had no issues with 30 second runs or 3 minute runs.

My vfl120.1´s are AWESOME, great amps, no power hungers at all, and best of all, they can take 0.5 ohms a piece without ANY problems on a "small" electrical hehe, i just can´t imagine how strong the ab1100.1 is

As for amps...if you do get a second alt or more electrical...try and pick up a DC 9k, that AB1100.1, DC 12k, Sundown NS-1...they all do more than enough power...
