Waldo129
Well I have this big beautiful Fi BTL 18 i picked up for 180 bucks the other day, sitting in my room waiting for a box... I don't have much knowledge with Fi woofers. What tuning should I go with? What type of wood? and should I choose aero ports over slot ports? The BTL is going in my everyday driver so I want it to slam, and still sound good. Any suggestions would be awesome!! Thanks!!! btw im new to the SMD forums! From what Ive been reading that's the specs that BTL's love. What about aero ports though? I don't have a TON of space to work with. I'm trying to get the maximum amount of airspace I can to make it sound best. Would you recommend them? bkolfo4
You could do a couple of 6" aeros or 4 4" aeros to save space. Either setup would need to be 17" long, so you need 21"-23" of depth if you go that route.
