carshateme
Seriously you need this designed? This drivers optimize according to RF at 1.6 cuft each so Vb = 3.2 cuft. Each driver has a displacement of 0.107 cuft so total displacement is = 0.214 cuft Enclosure Specifications: Vb = 3,3 ft^3 Subwoofer Mounting = Flush Mounted External Height = 17 in External Width = 36 in External Depth = 13,5 in Cut List: * All Dimensions in Inches. * Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts. External Enclosure Parts: 2 x Front & Back (3 parts) = 36 x 17 Left & Right Sides = 11 1/4 x 15 1/2 Top & Bottom = 36 x 11 1/4 The extra 0.1 cubic feet you can use for some crossbracing you may want to do (front to back). There is a double layer baffle which also acts like bracing. Left and right sides are 12" not 11.25" Edited February 1, 2012 by carshateme Quote New build coming soon. It says 2x front (3 pieces total) 13.5 - 2.25 = 11.25 Quote Current system: 1997 Blazer - (4) Customer Fi NEO subs with (8) American Bass Elite 2800.1s Previous systems: 2000 Suburban - (4) BTL 15's and (4) IA 40.1's = 157.7 dB at 37 Hz. 1992 Astro Van - (6) BTL 15's and (6) IA 40.1's = 159.7 dB at 43 Hz.
