OrionStang
I know, that's why I called it a temporary one. But I think the only permanent fix for it is to replace the RCA's on the back of it, which means tearing it apart and working from the inside of the H/U to the outside of it. That just seems like a little bit too much of a hassle to get into, but if it's gonna take awhile for your new one to get in, and you have the spare time, take it apart and give it a shot! I'd probably fuck it up even more. Quote SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread

audiofanaticz
did you or previous owner "hot swap" the rcas Cmon bro, you know better than that. People never do that! Its always the manufactures fault for when something blows like the pico fuse, or anything else that may happen from ground out the rca's.. OrionStang
Do you have all of your amps running off the rca's at the h/u? Yes did you or previous owner "hot swap" the rcas I did not, and I doubt he did. The deck was in his car and it would do the same thing. He suspected his amp and even sent it in for repair. They found nothing wrong(duh). He got a new deck, and is letting me borrow this one. did you or previous owner "hot swap" the rcas Cmon bro, you know better than that. People never do that! Its always the manufactures fault for when something blows like the pico fuse, or anything else that may happen from ground out the rca's.. LoL I'm not that guy. And I don't think I placed blame on any manufacturer. The deck is 4 years old, I was only asking to see how easy it would be to fix.
