Nine8SST
put a topper on it if you can even if its just a soft tonneau cover. I have been watching craigslist for one, the pop up pretty often for around 100-200 bucks for a fiberglass one. I have been wanting one even before I decided on the blow through, so that's definitely in the plans in the next few months. Nate, is your truck a blow through, or walled? 1998 SS/T Ram Build Log - Kenwood KVT-514 and KNA-G510 Navigation - 2 DC Level 3 12" - Components??? - Sundown ??? - Sundown??? - Knu Konceptz - Second Skin Dampy Pro - XS D6500

Not to thread jack, just curious on your layout. I have a friend with a Silverado wanting a wall and we were planning doing batteries and possible amps in the bed. -Zach-2010 Toyota TundraFull Hybrid Audio SQ 7" BDS on 37's 2000 Ford Expedition 160+ dB Green Turd -SOLD-

Sanitarium
Sani....I just looked at the build in your sig....and your box is pretty much what I'm picturing in my mind. What I have to work with is 48" wide x 16" tall x pretty much and length it needs....so, plenty of room. I'm assuming Birch is the way to go? Seems like even if I seal the shit out of it MDF may pose an issue with moisture......especially in Washington? My 4 18 box was mdf and i lost it to water damage.. not much water will get into your bed if you do it right. Tonneau top and accordian boot do a lot of good. But the moisture that does happen to get in there will soak into MDF like a wick.
