AtoZAvalanche Posted December 8, 2012 Report Posted December 8, 2012 Time for more? Yes Time to prime and test fit, Also new molded black carpet installed, looks great!!! Since test fit was perfect, time to do some finish sanding then another coat of primer and start painting. Also combined the lower piece with the top piece, so now the baffle is one solid 200 lb piece of awesomeness. 2nd coat of primer 2k urethane - Sprayed HVLP gun looks almost like a city skyline cool!
Real96SS Posted December 8, 2012 Report Posted December 8, 2012 Update 12/4/12 Got back from Turkey Drag, had a blast, awesome show, 800 vehicles for the show and 70 entries in USACI. First off, want to thank everyone I gave a demo to that enjoyed the truck!!! Got tons of complements, best build they had ever seen, loudest they had heard at the show, cleanest install,......hearing stuff like that never gets old and makes all those build hours worth it. I have about 3 hours worth of raw footage of just demos, they were non stop at some points, one person right after the other!!!! So those will be posted as they get edited and as time permits. But here is a few pics. This happened during the Twistedchild demo, it was legit to say the least. Put a spare woofer in and burped this on daily wiring in MOD 2001 - 4k Got all kinds of action in the demo vids, dash ripping, hairtricks, drunk demos and much more!!!! More later... Damn good job on hitting that 160. Your wall is by far the sexiest wall I have seen in a vehicle yet. I see you had another woofer tapout. Once you get it straighten out can we get a video of it playing I cook slowed? Havent yet, my guess would be around 8k at 1.5 ohm strapped.
