Yes an isolater seperates the alt charge wire

Alt to isolater

Isolater to each seperate batt bank

They are gay

when i hear relay i think of a little black plastic with 5 poles on it that i would use to get a steady voltage on my remote turn on wire. When i hear isolator i think of a battery isolator. easy enough

Yea I had a nice space heater but it broke and became unsafe to use..Haven't got around to getting another because theres wayyy more things on my list that are in front of it

when i think of a relay i think of a coil that becomes magnetized when you put power through it so that it attracts an armature to make a closed circuit.

but i agree with ray on the point that they are indeed gay.
