Sozzzz
If you plan on sending the Skars clean power go for them, they should perform well on the wattage that amp will put out. The HDC3s will laugh at that power IMO.

STEvil
HDC3 if you got a killer deal on them MickyMcD - "Capable of making some serious trouser flapping volumes at where's-my-testicles frequencies, the Servo-Drives used to be fairly jaw dropping..." Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through. Hammerdown... 1% no links to outside websites, business related FB/YT pages allowed. TeamHT
I couldn't get that far into the thread. I will say this, 99% of the time equipment fails, it is user error, and I repear, USER ERROR. I installed two 12" Type R's on an AQ2200 with a DC 190 amp alternator, S1400 under the hood and D2700 in the back in an girl's car. Let me tell you they got down, deep, and took the power perfectly fine. I might also know what I'm doing Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?
